please goto settings and Apps and Samsung cache memory clear and open the app

Bro..same here..Samsung network reception is worst..whether its flagship models or mid rangers..both have the same poor network reception..and Samsung members app is one of the worst managed app(in the whole world)..I am also facing this problem and when I contacted Samsung support team..they told me to perform factory reset..crazy..Samsung please try to understand,its your app database server problem..that's why server error message keeps popping up and situation is worst after recent update..
