The path to report error is as below: Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report.
I think you have two profiles in your phone. One for personal and one for work. Now from the work profile you are trying to access the personal app. Which is not allowed.
