Volume changer UI should also have a dark mode variant

Currently the volume changer UI is the same in both light & dark modes. Also, the volume icons are misaligned in the volume mixer:

Volume mixer in dark mode, with misaligned icons.

Volume mixer in light mode, with misaligned icons.

Volume changer in dark mode, the same as in light mode.
