Smart Charging Options

Samsung should add smart Charging features like capping tha battery charging limit to 80 and only charging to full before alarm if charging overnight. I'm using a charging alert app which alarms me when phone is charged to 80 percent but an inbuilt feature which can limit the charge will be Great for our batteries. Asus have features like this in ROG phone and zenfone 6 and 7. Samsung should make this happen in OneUI 3 in later updates or maybe in 3.1 if that's gonna be something.

i don't think they gonna add it .

Because the more you charge after 80 percent the higher battery wear cycles are .

More battery cycles means your battery is going to lose capacity early and you gonna buy a new phone .

That's how they keep profit going .

actually while writing this I thought of the same tactic to make someone change devices frequently

Its there in device care in my Tab S4, option to charge to 85% to protect battery longevity.
