I kindly request your attention to an issue observed in the latest beta version, released on March 26th, 2026 (beginning with beta 3 and persisting). I have noted that the audio quality of our Buds 2 Pro, as well as our in-car multimedia system, exhibits a superficial, bass-deficient, and flat sound profile, akin to audio experienced during a phone call. This phenomenon occurs almost consistently when connected to our S25 Ultra for audio playback. The sound quality fluctuates, occasionally presenting as full and at other times becoming distinctly flat and unsatisfactory. While a device restart offers a temporary resolution, the issue invariably re-emerges.

A temporary workaround involves disabling the call option within the Galaxy Buds Manager application's connection settings; however, this compromises the effective use of the Buds 2 Pro for calls.

I kindly request your investigation into this matter.

However,  those issue your are facing after beta update, we request you to please report this feedback on the Error section, along with the logs. This would help us analyse your issue in a better way.

The path to report error is as below: Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report

I sent many error reports, but as usual you guys at samsung don't hear and pay any attention..
It's persistent in beta 8/9 too.
