Few observations on how notifications are behaving in One UI 7 on S23U.
- Any sticky or persistent notifications can be dismissed.
- System's sticky notification does not come back after dismissing e.g. charging notification.
- Modes and Routines notification does not come back after dismissing. Although these are sticky notification and should not be dismissed at first place.
