Samsung is amalgamated the service from Hiya to identify the spam calls and block them. There is a separate app from Hiya available in app store for blocking spam messages and calls.
Samsung please include the advance feature in messaging app to block the annoying spam messages by their header and also include a recycle bin for messages.
