Quick panel is not very user friendly now as comapred to previous. All the toggle is not accesible with one hand. Like the whole point of one ui when it was launched is to better reachability of all the interactive elements of UI but this is not the case for this design of the Quick panel.
For example : I don't use smart view and device control as much as i use toggles which is not easily accessible. While making the quick panel like as in iPhone or Say Pixel One UI lost its originality "Reachability".

Wifi and Bluetooth are the least used ones. They are always on. (In most cases). I think I like this design and oneui has gotten sool good with time.
Just my opinion. All of it differs per user and their usage.

Why should we need to suggest this...
**bleep** samsung should know the basics of ONEUI...
It was named for the purpose of one hand usage....
This is common sence that these toggles should be lower down the screen...but samsung is samsung
