Quick panel customizaton and colour pallette

Can more options be provided for the quick panel customization? E.g., more fine tuning or more/custom colour selection for colour pallete and individual colours indicating which colour will affect what?

yes, you can use theme park and quickstar module from goodlock to change colors

Thanks, but I am also referring to system wide theming supported by the colour pallette in addition to the quick panel. Basically the request is to allow to change all individual color options manually, which are supported by the colour pallette (e.g., from wallpaper colour extraction).

This would also benefit users of other countries also where good lock modules are not available.
