Quick Panel Lag

There is a noticeable lag in opening quick panel and clicking on wifi icon.

Animation is bugged when click to turn on wifi.

Also quick panel is laggy doesn't open smooth.

Wifi speed and network connectivity is also slow down after 8.5.
