Provide options to hide Device control & Smart view from quick panel

I suggest to provide options to hide Device control & Smart view from quick panel when it's expanded.

Currently, with the default font size and screen zoom settings, my quick settings panel is scrolling vertically. This makes me swipe twice to close/collapse the quick settings panel.
