Picture in picture tabs / floating tabs animations can be smoother

Floating tabs (picture_in_picture) were very nice in UI 5.0 , animations were better, more smoother, and easy on interactions and mobility. 

UI 6.0's floating tabs can be looked upon for more smoother animations and interactions.
