that doesn't make sense at all. for example storage and telephone permissions are available for almost every app to store the data and read phone state. if they add options for every permission it wastes your phone usage time. and the reason they have enabled it only for location is location usage drains battery very much. but other permissions like storage, sms and telephone , microphone doesnot.
