To the Beta Team:
Before redirecting me to the error report page, I’ve already submitted an error report, and Samsung support responded that this is not a bug but an intended behavior (screenshot attached).
Issue:
The Game Booster FPS toggle in One UI 7 Beta is forcing all games to 60 FPS, even if they support 90 or 120 FPS.
Key Problems:
1. Forces 60 FPS on all games – Even in titles that officially support 90 or 120 FPS, enabling the toggle locks it at 60.
2. Not a game issue – Disabling the FPS toggle allows the game to run at its native refresh rate (90/120).
3. Confirmed by Samsung support – They stated that this is a "normal operation" and that the FPS toggle does not allow more than 60 FPS (attached response).
4. Pointless restriction – This feature is meant to manage FPS, but it shouldn’t be capping performance on high-refresh-rate devices.
What Needs to Be Fixed:
✅ Give users full control – Add an "Uncapped FPS" option in Game Booster to manually set limits (60, 90, 120 FPS).
✅ Stop force-locking games to 60 FPS when the device and game support higher frame rates.
Samsung, please address this instead of marking it as "normal behavior." Other brands provide full FPS control—why limit your own flagship devices?
