Now bar functionalities on modes

Hey there ! These now bar for modes is pretty cool but it lacks functionalities. It ll be better if on tapping the now bar we could get the option to start and stop it without unlocking the phone. This will be useful in custom built modes and few defaults like theatre mode etc
