The Only Reason I updated to One UI 8.5 is because I hated the grouped toggles in One Ui 8 and Even After I got the Beta Update , These massive Toggle borders are taking more space than toggle itself. The Notification panel is mostly used UX in any smartphone yet Samsung Keeps messing around with it.
Hope Samsung Removes the toggle borders soon
