Notification Panel distinction between Light and Dark Mode

Notification Panel has lost One Handed Usability completely and looks worse than One UI 5.1

Kindly make the Panel more usable with One Hand like before otherwise what is the point of still calling it "One" UI.

Also change the app icons they look outdated compared to the overall look and feel of One Ui 6.0

Its been 4 One UI upgrades but the icons are the same as One UI 1.0
