Phone is onnsilent mode but Ring the bell and Notification sound in whatsapp chat....also Bluetooth hedset connevted but sound comes from mobile speakers... Fix it..
Have been facing the same issue. I disconnect and connect again and it works. It is not only restricted to calling but to bluetooth audio in general. Sometimes it happens in Youtube and Hotstar applications also
