Net speed and network

As I seen many times at my home OPPO A5 pro is running on 5g network and at the same time I'm struggling for 5g .

Network provider is same, both are jio in sim slot 1

OPPO A5 can buy 15000

And s24+ as we all know it is very expensive 

So Im not understanding
