NTSC/PAL recording option in Camera

Since OneUI 3, I've complained about NTSC/PAL recording option. Right now I can record in just 24fps in Pro mode, in PAL regions NTSC (24fps, 60fps, 120fps) recording have flicker issues. Also NTSC is not widely accepted in Video Production in India. So I've suggestion to add PAL (25fps, 50fps) recording option. iPhones have this option since many years. Other Android phones also have this option.
