As we're seeing motion smoothing for video apps like native app, netflix, amazon prime, youtube. Etc. From companies liks oneplus, vivo, mi. With One UI 4.0 samsung can also add this feature via software update. Compared other brands samsung phone displays are always brighter, sharper and colourful. If samsung adds this feature it will become the best media consumption device in the market. I'm using s20 ultra, Tab s6 lite, Tab s7+. I've always missed this feature on my devices when i see other devices playing videos smoothly. Please take this into consideration. I hope we can see this happen in One UI 4.0 stable version.

Are you sure you want motion smoothness. Motion smoothness might be a good thing for certain types of content, but imo its not a good option to have. Movies. Tb series and most yt videos are uploaded at 24frames. Converting that to 60 by adding extra frames will not make the content look like how the content producer wants it to look like. So I'd say having the option would be nice, but I personally would disable it.
