The click animation you see when clicking the navigation bar buttons or the quick settings is needed a lot more across the OS. For example, currently there is no animation when clicking anything in the notification panel or when clicking app icons or widgets. Many large buttons and icons still just have a basic fade-out-fade-in effect when being clicked. In general, we need more animations throughout the OS to make One UI as refined as other competing OSes and UIs.
