Please enable the light performance profile as seen on the z series. 
120hz + power saving seems to be much needed for the power hungry 8gen1. 
And yes, it does result in better battery life in the z series compared to regular performance profile so don't say 120hz is too demanding. 
GalaxyMax Hz used to allow this but it has been patched in one ui 5.0 so please add an official option.
