LHDC audio codec

I think it's high time Samsung should add LHDC audio codec to its lineup.

Samsung added LP3 and Opus in OneUi 6.0 last year.

So i think LHDC should be added on the official release of OneUi 7.0 since nowadays lots of premium and high end TWS are supporting LHDC instead of LDAC
