Hi Beta team , 
If we comlare the app drawer of ONE UI 3.0 to OneUi 2.5 there are lots of changes made 
one is the change in background trasparency and a greyish colour .

My suggestions are If the labels in app drawers of apps /icons could more bold or outlined with black it will be easy to read the names of icons .
