Instagram and WhatsApp takes a bit time more than other apps while opening them for the first time after unlocking

Agreed. There is also security breach when we use fingerprint feature to unlock the whatsapp. Once you scan with fingerprint, the whatsapp minimizes and when clicked again it opens with security authentication.
