Inconsistent UI blur

Fix these inconsistent UI blur elements on A series models. This is very disappointing from a brand like samsung. We want the blur like the power menu in the quick settings panel. This looks very cheap. Why are you reserving everything for S series devices? 
This is my last samsung device.
