Just creating a post won't solve issues.

Send error reports and Logs so that development team can analyse and find cause to fix them.

How to send Error reports with system log?

Open Samsung Members -> Click on beta banner -> Switch to beta mode-> Beta feedback -> Send feedback -> Error report

You can attach Screenshots and log reports should be sent within 2 to 3 minutes of error occurrence.

I can't find Logs Folder in My Files.

Log files are not saved on Internal storage, Error reporting will automatically collect and send them from the system.
