HDFC Banking App Crashing

Continuously HDFC Mobile Netbanking App is crashing, sometimes it may not even opened.

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Switched off your internet and open hdfc bank app once the login page appears Switched on your internet and try login it worked with for me in galaxy s23 ultra after ONE UI 6 updated

Same issue with BHIM UPI APP but this didn't work with BHIM ... any idea about it ?

@adminvbp after update one ui 3 beta version bhim app is working normally

Clear app cache and data. App will open and you can login and use the app.

Beta software and custom roms are not google play certified. So it is common for financial apps to crash or not work all together.
