Theft Detection Lock only turns off the screen — biometrics still unlock instantly, power menu and quick panel remain fully accessible. Remote lock via Samsung Find forces an extra PIN but keeps biometrics active and quick panel usable. No option exists to permanently block quick panel/notification drawer outside Lockdown mode.
Modes and Routines lack critical actions: no “Turn off screen / Apply simple lock” while keeping biometrics on and temporarily disabling Extend Unlock. Nested If-Else blocks are also missing.
Knox integration feels shallow and Device Care has no proper file/malware scanning.
These issues make theft protection feel weak and easily bypassed.
Additional request:
Only “Standard” and “Light” performance profiles exist, and motion smoothness is limited to “Adaptive” and “Standard”. Please add a Turbo / Max performance profile and a Max / 120Hz motion smoothness option for users who want peak performance and smoothest experience when needed.
These changes are essential for both security and power-user experience. Fix the theft protection weaknesses and add the missing performance/motion options urgently in the next beta build.
