Expert Raw pictures getting white dots all over the photo

Expect raw as 23 Ultra when photo clicked in extreme low light it's getting too much white dots all over the photo.

I'm facing the same issue ...after capturing image in 200mp mode the image seems to have more noise and the image size also seems to be very less.
