Okay, peeps telling there is GoodLock Module for it. Indeed it works but not that great either. It just looks awful using Goodlock to enable vertical app drawer.
Just add option to use vertical app drawer in the system itself than using Goodlock module. Having 120Hz refresh rate screen and can't use drawer vertically doesn't make much sense, Also finding apps is much easier in vertical app drawer than scrolling horizontally multiple times.
