Dynamic Rotation

The dynamic rotation button is missing and it's very annoying. I'm using to using that button since I keep my phone in locked orientation. I want to be able to rotate screen with the prompt.

It's till there. You can enable this by pressing the text below notification icon

Why would they turn it off ;_;
