Dual SIM always on not working

My mobile does not always have Dual SIM on, there is some error in it, my 1st SIM is from Jio and 2nd SIM is from Airtel 

Please find a solution to why this is happening, 

Otherwise, I will have to consider buying a mobile phone from another company.
