We purchase the phone considering the camera too as a factor. If u degrade the camera performance by each updates, there is no sense we spend such big amount of money to purchase ur product. If we purchase a pdt we need the same kind of performance in years, we dont spend such huge amount to get the camera qulaity for 1 yr (till the launch of new model). I personally purchased this for 10x lens. Now degraded everyting 30x blur pics. Great value. Dont forget to keep it up.
I bought it for camera and one ui experience only. Wt happens in camera i saw. Due to green line issues too many of my frnds also stopped buying samsung. Only some still stick to u, means they have hopes and brand value.
For me brand value is nothing. And i prefer non chinese phone so i pick ths. Bt pathetic updates from ur side. And i am sorry to say, this might be my last samsung phone. I need to check how u degrade the camera, performances. I knw many also be feeling like this.
Anyway hope u bring the camera performance back atleast how it was on before one ui 8 beta (i know it also degraded, still atleast we deserve that)
