As S10/S10+ series is having dual aperture cameras, when we open camera in apps like Instagram, Whatsapp or Snapchat, the aperture changes and back to original. Due to this there is a "cut" like sound whenever we are opening camera using these application.
Yes there is a sound and it doesn't matter. It was there in pie too but now its louder and we people are paying more attention to it as its a beta software.
