Secure folder when turned on adds the icon to the app drawer, and there already is a auto lock feature which locks it when inactive for some time. But there is no feature which completely turns off the secure folder after some initial time of inactivity. This feature will be useful if the phone owner gives the device to someone but doesn't trust fully...
