Apps on home screen and widgets transperancy

I have added apps on home screen and these are perfectly settled but when adding widget it doesn't align with I have attached screenshot. Make widgets icon to fitted the box and match with other single app on screen. Is it difficult to customise and align all apps.

In other screenshot the widgets are not transparent as were in one ui 6.1, like device care widgets is not transparent as in last ui and the enlarge folder group that should be transparent with little bluer effect or add more options to customise transperancy.

Please add transperancy effect to all widgets.
