Add option to allow infinite scroll to app drawer

Provide an option to allow users to scroll infinitely on the app drawer page.

Now it can only do the following page changes

1>2>3 and to go back to one we need to 3>2>1

I want to be able to go from 1>2>3>1 to avoid swiping back.

Its a simple change abd goodlock module already allows it onnthe official oneui 3 which I used a lot.
