Add an option to display album cover in expanded now bar by default

There should be an option where we can set now bar to show extended media controls everything we unlock the phone instead of clicking on nowbar everything. It makes the lock screen look really cool.

I meant there should be an option where the expanded state is the default everytime you unlock the phone without having to manually tap the nowbar
