Adaptive screen refresh for Galaxy S20 Series

Please add adaptive screen refresh for Galaxy S20 Series.

It will save lots of battery and improve overall user experience.

we seriously need this feature... especially for the Exynos version of the s20 series....the batterife is pathetic when using 120 hz....it's like buying a Ferrari and keeping it parked in your garage!!

adaptive refresh rate can be enabled through a firmware update or you can use the Bixby routine to set the refresh rate for specific apps... but the variable refresh rate is a hardware-based feature and can't be enabled.

Think it's hard to implement, note 20 has LTPO so they could, it's harder on s20... think there are hardware limitations
