Samsung, I'm tired of repeatedly reporting the same issue: the AOD (Always On Display) content on One UI 8 does not shift its position periodically, which can lead to AMOLED screen burn-in. Please fix this. Every time I report it, I’m asked by the Indian software support team to record a video of the issue and upload it. Honestly, how can anyone expect a user to record their phone’s AOD for over an hour just to prove this? It’s a simple issue that should be easy to understand without a video. Samsung, please improve the quality of customer service in India.

Its not about the device, it is about the Quality of Engineers of our region, Samsung must improve them or hire a better ones
