Please refer to the email chain where I sent my phone to Samsung for repair in October 2023 (uploaded evidence for reference). They misplaced my phone and have not responded to my emails in the previous 1.5 months.  I need  reason  for  my phone  because  everyone  is  stealing  it,  and as a brand,  I  never  expected  Samsung  to  beha ve  that  cheaply. How  did  they  close  the  issue  I  mentioned  without  handing  me  my  phone?  I  need my  phone,  and when I  bought  it, it  cost INR  78,000,  which is a  lot  of  money.


Every time I share an email they tell me that your email has reached the highest Escalation and expert team who gives no response and closed my issue like a coward. Not sure how many more customers they have done this. Give me the justification on why was this closed.
