secure folder files disappearing

My secure folder is having a weird issue since a week or more... the files and photos particularly which i sent to secure folder are disappearing on its own i don't know why its happening and because of this i already lost my so many photos which are so imp to me... i dont want to loose other so i have to take them out of secure folder.. does anyone having any solution for this pls help...

ya i even contacted Samsung they just don't know how to solve it

At first I thought maybe I deleted them and don't remember but my friend who is having Samsung A51 also faced same issue
But it happened today again 🥺

ya same... thankfully i had backup of my files on my laptop so i was on safe side..

i uninstalled secure folder and then set up it again.
now waiting if this issue is going to occur again or not... you can do the same.. may be it works
