safety of secure folder

I want to know that how much samsung secure folder is safe? Is it use any kind of link to servers to store or monitor my private data? Is it true the data of secure folder is monitored by samsung Authority?
If it is true then how my data is secure when somebody also monitor my data?
please clear my above doubts.

Your data is secure and private but if you choose to backup it in samsung servers then your data can be monitored by server authorities.
