You can't get it via software updates. M series lacks knox security and that's why secure folder is not available..

M series user's can't use some of samsung service's like Samsung pay,secure folder,bixby because our device is not secured by knox.

in 8500rs only they give knox security and secure folder. though i got m10s in just 4500rs with exchange.
