Secure folder not available on M51 even after one ui core 2.5 update.

I updated my phone to the latest one ui core 2.5, but the secure folder is no where to be seen. I have already checked the notification center, and tried editing the icons to see if it was hidden there, I also tried searching the whole settings but it's no where to be found.

I did find it in the play store, but it wouldn't install. Does anyone else have the same problem? Or is it only available on some regions?

Well it shouldn't be, but don't have any idea why it would be missing then.

it is also not available in A51 too

While it does download, it can't be installed.
