Secure folder data usage

Why is Secure Folder uploading so much data? It is uploading data whose size is almost equivalent to the data I have saved in it. I have not even opted for the Backup feature. The worst part is that you can't even completely disable the background data usage in the App settings page(you can only disable its mobile data usage). Where is this data going to?

please guide my secure folder backup

I am having a similar issue with High Background cellular data usage from Secure Folder. I have turned on the Save Data switch and even disable background data in most of my apps. How do I stop Secure Folder from using my cellular data (background).
