Dear samsung 
Apps in secure folder (chrome,google ) are crashing whenever i open it 
Game launcher is not responding when i open 
Heavy duty games 
Please fix this issue 

Started after i updated my phone to ONE UI 4.0

If you want to fix it soon then the only way is to factory reset the phone. I did and it worked for me. It's painful but that's the only way at present.
