SMS verfication issue One Ui 6 onwards

I am using S22 plus, facing the following issue.

SMS verification issue with bank's app, the bank's app are unable to verify my identity.

This error faced after updated in one ui 6. Till one ui 5.1 faced no issue.

Pls help me.

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Dear Samsung team, unable to submit log file. After submit error report, log file submission in processing but process not completed after 15 min waiting.

Any other option?

I think, it will be fix after One UI 6.1

As per review may be not possible but wait and watch

Needs to samsung team look this matter
